As we are stepping into the holiday season, I’m offering a 4 week program created purely to help and support you with ALL things related to SELF CARE, including:

- How to take care of ourselves over the holiday season
- How to start implementing self care practices
- How to use breath-work, meditation and quiet time in a hectic schedule

- How to make time for yourself when you feel there is no time

- How to listen to yourself, and not judge yourself, to speak kindly & supportively to yourself
- How to release and let go of the uncontrollable
- How to love yourself
- How to release the stress of the mind, and become more grounded in your body
- How to prevent stress-related pain later on
This 4 week immersion is normally £497, but for this week as it’s “self care awareness week” I’m offering it for only £149 (saving £348). There are limited places purely because I believe it’s important to hold space for each person so they get the attention and support they need, which is why this will be exclusive to a small group of women.
