“Manjot what can I do when I feel pain suddenly and I’m in too much pain to move or come to see you when I’m away?”

Hello! In preparation for presenting a special training for you on how to heal your pain, body and life, this it to get you to start thinking about this and how to start healing your body so I’ve created a few videos with powerful ways to help you.

Last week I asked you to help me help you! So thank you for sending so many of your questions in about your pain and how you can heal yourself. I noticed there were so many questions that overlapped and were similar that I’ve divided them into 3 videos for you.

MY SOLUTION:

As I mentioned, we’re scratching the top of the surface here at step 1 and a commitment to yourself, specific tools and support goes into healing yourself for good! It may not seem easy, but the outcome is worth it. Each of you have a unique story, your body has a unique historical map over it that’s marked everything, and the healing transformational experience to get you from the dark place to the light is phenomenal.

So how can we heal the feelings that are attached to a painful memory in the body?

It can be quite scary thinking about getting to the root cause of something, what truth will be exposed, it’s an intimating space, and I honour that. There’s no shame in this.

I work with many women who have experienced various traumas, abuse, pain and come out the other side feeling lighter and healed from the weight of a burden, I honour the courage, bravery and strength of being able to be experience healing, then everything in your body is saying “I must protect myself”.

The science:
The biology of the root cause of physical pain:
CT scans show that the root cause originates from the cerebral medulla in the brain, which is associated with the emotional source of pain as self devaluation (essentially not feeling good enough or worthy).

My message:
“Your birth right is to be healthy, strong, powerful, self loving & happy.”

To do that we must heal the blocks, stress blocks, pain blocks, healing blocks by getting to the source of the pain

– Relationships improve because you feel good in body, powerful, strong, capable
– Feel good enough
– Can give more time happily to yourself, family, partner, children
– Sleeping well

MY SOLUTION:

The next step in the recent series of “Heal Your Body, Heal Your Life” the next video will be one you won’t want to miss!

It will go through the exact steps to heal your pain, share case studies you can relate to and show you how capable you are in healing and feel powerful and happy in your body and life!

The steps will be revealed in tomorrow’s newsletter and will be broken down into 3 core elements that I go through with the women I work with and support with their healing.

INTRODUCTION TO 3 CORE STEPS

STEP 1: STRETCH TO RELEASE & PREPARE BODY

Stretch 1: A helpful starting exercise is controlled, gentle spine movement with the Cat & Camel. First arch your back up toward the ceiling, like an angry cat. Increase the movement with a deep inhale. Then exhale, tighten (or brace) your abdominals, drop your chest toward the floor and lift your head slightly as shown.  Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Stretch 2: This is a gentle stretch for the low back and helps elongate. Keep your tailbone (sacrum) on the floor for these stretches–this will focus the gentle stretch where it’s needed most, in your lower back and hip muscles. Hold stretch for 5 seconds and repeat 3 times.

Breathe to increase energy and focus so you feel invigorated:
Sit comfortably with your legs crossed and rest your hands on your knees – palms facing up if you need to receive energy, or palms facing down if you want to ground yourself.

  • Breathe in through your nostrils as deeply as possible, while expanding your lungs as wide out to the sides as is comfortable for your body.
  • Release the breath completely out through your nose, allowing the body to shrink inward with your navel gently drawing toward your spine. This is a loud breath.
  • Repeat for 3-5 minutes at a steady pace that is comfortable for you.
